Chilean President Michelle Bachelet has signed a bill that would legalise same-sex marriage, and sent it to congress for debate. The bill would also allow same-sex couples to adopt children. Both houses of congress will now debate the bill, a process which is likely to prove lengthy.

A convoy of Islamic State fighters and their families reached an exchange point in eastern Syria on Tuesday, a Hezbollah military media unit said, where they will be transferred into IS-held territory under a ceasefire deal. The convoy of buses and ambulances left the Lebanon-Syria border region on Monday under Syrian military escort after a ceasefire took effect on Sunday.

President Trump Officially Erases Obama’s Pro-Transgender Military Rules 
I consider this very good news. President Trump has officially erased Obama’s pro-transgender military rules and has cemented a ban on them in the military. This will boost effectiveness and morale in the military. I am so thrilled this horrific social experiment is finally over. These are pre-Obama rules that also bar sex change surgeries. The left was quick to accuse Trump of banning medical care for transgenders and that is not what this means. It means you don’t get a free ticket anymore in the military to go from a he to a she, or a she to a he. Do that on your own time and dime. We can’t afford it and we can’t tolerate the time down for a soldier to do this kind of perverse nonsense. This was the right and sane thing to do.
